Village Cooperative Association (VCA)

To encourage engagement and participation with the community, AIL came up with the VCA concept. 

AIL has incorporated six VCAs representing each Ahi Village. These VCAs are an important link to AIL

and APDL through Ahi Hope Foundation.

 

The VCAs have their own management committees. AIL and APDL appoint these management committees who also act as Benefit Liaison Officers for the respective villages. AIL and APDL consult and engage

with these VCAs through Ahi Hope Foundation to establish and prioritize communal needs and priorities

in order to provide funding and program support to improve living standards in the communities.
